The Data Controller also informs you that you have the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or which significantly affects your person in a similar way.

If you believe that the processing of your Personal Data is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take the appropriate judicial offices as provided for by art. 79 of the Regulation.
